Hi! I’m Michelle, your HR/Safety Manager☺. I have my Bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University and over 20 years of experience in the HR/Safety world and learn more every day! I’m here to help you with anything you need from hiring, training, safety, payroll, benefits, worker’s compensation, co-worker relationships, and any other concern or need you may have.
More importantly though, like many of you I’m a wife and mom first. I have been married to my husband Bill for 20+ years and we have 4 amazing children. Alexis is 19 and a junior at UMD (thank you PSEO!) studying to be a surgeon, Abby is 15 and a sophomore at Albany High School with goals to be an engineer, Brianna is 12 and a 7th grader at Albany Jr. High and wants to be a teacher or baker, and Benjamin is 6 and a 1st grader at Avon Elementary planning to be a reindeer, power ranger or ninja turtle one day☺. We have 2 dogs- Onyx is a 2 year old black lab/pit bull/everything mix and Koda is an 8 year old French bulldog/beagle mix. After hours you will find us at the basketball court, softball/baseball field or in the theater watching our kids’ activities or in Duluth/Benson/St. Paul visiting family.
Fun Fact: I used to do pet therapy at the St. Cloud Hospital with my dog Jacey! I may or may not be guilty of loving dogs and babies!
